In order to be able to react quickly and in an organised manner to enquiries and requests from our existing customers, we have installed a modern ticket system based on VlexPlus. Depending on the process, our customers can bring a support request or, for example, a change request completely independently into the system. With the help of a cockpit, our customer can obtain an overview of selected or all support requests with regard to processor, priority, classification, status and scheduling of the ORs. At the same time, all processes are automatically and properly documented for all participants. Everything takes place online - the system is available 24/7.
