§ 1 Information regarding the collection of personal information

(3) When you contact us by email or by using a contact form, we will record you information you provide us with (your email address, where appropriate your name and telephone number) in order to respond to your questions. We will delete the information that we record in this respect when there is no longer a need to store it, or restrict the processing of it if statutory retention requirements apply.
(4) If we commission service providers for certain functions of our website or would like to use your information for marketing purposes, we provide you below with details of the respective processes. We will also mention the specified criteria for the storage period.

§ 3 Collection of personal information when visiting our website

(1) When you visit our website purely for informational purposes, meaning when you do not have to register or provide any other information, we only collect the personal information that your browser transfers to our server. If you would like to view our website, we collect the following information that we require for technical reasons to be able to display our website to you and ensure stability and security (the legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) (1) (f) of the GDPR:

(2) In addition to the information specified above, we will store cookies on your computer when you use our website. a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and operating principle of which are explained below:

b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include session cookies in particular. These store a so-called session ID, using which various enquiries from your browser are assigned to the same session. This means your computer can be recognised when you return to our website. c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a predefined period of time, which can vary depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in your browser’s security settings at any time.
d) You can configure your browser settings as you wish and, for instance, accept third-party cookies or reject all cookies. We would draw your attention to the fact that you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in this case.
e) We use cookies to be able to identify you for subsequent visits if you have an account with us. Otherwise, you would have to log in again each time you visit our website.
f) The flash cookies are not collected by your browser, rather they are collected by your flash plug-in. We also use HTML5 storage objects that are placed in your terminal. These objects store the information required regardless of the browser you use and have no automatic expiry date. SSL encryption

For security purposes and to prevent the transfer of confidential information, such as inquiries that you send to us as the website operator, this website uses SSL encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address line changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the padlock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is enabled, the information that you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

 

Use of Google Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, which is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", which are text files that are stored on your computer and allow us to analyse your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies regarding the use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymisation is enabled on this website, however, your IP address will be abbreviated by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. (4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". By doing so, your IP address is abbreviated before being further processing and thus cannot be linked to you personally. If a  personal connection can be deduced from the information collected about you, this information is immediately excluded and the personal information is thus deleted at once.
(5) We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website and be able to improve it on a regular basis. We can improve the services we offer using the statistics acquired and make the website more interesting for you as a user. For those exceptional circumstances in which personal information is transferred to the USA, Google must act in accordance with the provisions of the EU-US Privacy Shield framework, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. Use Google Web fonts
This website used so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of font types. When you visit a website, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to correctly display text and fonts. If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font will be used by your computer.

Integration of Vimeo videos

(1) We have integrated Vimeo videos into our online services; these are stored at www.vimeo.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in "expanded data protection mode", meaning that no information about you as a user is transferred to Vimeo if you do not play the videos. Only if you play the videos will the information specified in paragraph 2 be transferred. We have no influence of this data transfer.
(2) By visiting the website, Vimeo receives the information that you have called up the corresponding subpage of our website. The information specified in § 3 of this privacy statement will also be transferred. This is carried out regardless of whether Vimeo provides a user account via which you have logged in, or whether a user account exists at all. Vimeo stores your information as a user profile and uses it for the purposes of marketing, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. Such an analysis is performed in particular (even for users that are not logged in) to implement needs-based advertising and to notify other users of the social network about your activities on our website. Use of the SalesViewer® technology

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH to collect and store data for marketing, market research and optimisation purposes on the basis of the website operator's legitimate interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
